When developing the business plan and the goals and strategies within it, we were influenced by the above (our mission, values and Keolis Way) as well as the MBTA's goals for Commuter Rail and our contractual obligations to them as our partner transit authority.
Our strategy also includes regional considerations, like the way the weather impacts our operation and how we are experiencing climate change locally.
