After nearly 8 years of Keolis operating Commuter Rail, you have all contributed so much to not only the operation, but also our culture and the communities we serve. Our three-year business plan lays out a strategy for KCS through the end of 2024 that allows us to achieve our missiong and live our values while also:
· Prioritizing a safe, reliable and community-focused operation
· Being a good employer and place to work
· Continuing to act as a true partner with our client: the MBTA
